Delivery Policy

1. The delivery charge is calculated based on weight and area as per table below:
   

   	Peninsular Malaysia	East Malaysia
   Delivery Charges	First 3 kg: RM 7.00	First 1 kg: RM 18.00
   	Every subsequent kg: RM 2.00	Every subsequent kg: RM 6.00
   Delivery Timing	3 Working Days	5 Working Days

2. Upon payment confirmation, your order will be packed and handed to our appointed delivery courier company within an estimated of 2 working days.
3. Delivery will be made to all addresses in Malaysia unless there is restricted place or area by the appointed courier company. No delivery to be made to any P.O.Box addresses.
4. The delivery timing quoted herewith is an estimated timing provided by our appointed delivery company and we will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the products by the appointed courier company.
5. Your order placed and delivery shall be deemed as successful when all products delivered to and received at the address given. In the event there is no one to accept the delivery, we may at our sole discretion, re-deliver the products and you shall bear the costs for such re-delivery.
6. You are strongly advised to check the products upon your receipt of them immediately. In the event that any of the products is damaged or if a wrong product is delivered, you may request to return the product by calling us at 1300-88-2993 (Mondays & Fridays, 9am to 6pm, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
